Refunds: Refunds are only available to customers who purchased the 30-Day Warranty at checkout. Orders without the warranty are not eligible for refunds.
Lost Packages: If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Notifying us promptly allows us to contact the shipping carrier and work to locate and recover your package as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your package arrives damaged or the item is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photo and/or video proof showing the damage or defect so we can properly review your claim.
Claims submitted outside the required 48-hour window or without the requested evidence may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
